Our team brings that belief to life every day through exceptional service, genuine hospitality, and a commitment to our guests' skin care.WHAT YOU'LL DOThe Guest Experience Manager leads front-of-house operations for the European Wax Center Sandusky location, overseeing the reception area, client services, and retail product sales. This role ensures an exceptional client experience, smooth daily operations, and strong performance across all service and revenue areas. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced beauty and personal care environment, with a genuine passion for guest service and team development.Guest ExperienceLead front-of-house operations including scheduling, front desk flow, and service deliveryMaintain high guest service standards and resolve guest concerns promptly and with professionalismDevelop and enforce opening, closing, and standard operating proceduresEnsure every guest consistently receives a welcoming, professional, and exceptional experienceLead hiring, training, coaching, and performance management for estheticians and front desk teamSchedule and manage staff based on appointment volume and seasonal demandFoster a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environmentReinforce accountability around service standards, performance expectations, and operational protocolsSales & Business GrowthAnalyze service and retail sales trends and drive upsell and rebooking opportunitiesCoach team to confidently educate guests on EWC Wax Pass savings, products, and promotionsCoordinate with marketing on promotions, membership programs, and client retention effortsAchieve or exceed center goals in service revenue, product, and package saleCenter OperationsOversee POS systems, cash handling, reporting, and daily reconciliationManage retail product inventory, merchandising, and loss preventionPrepare operational reports and support budgeting effortsEnsure compliance with all operational procedures, cleanliness, and sanitation standardsWHO YOU AREREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESStrong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsPassion for delivering exceptional guest service and fostering a positive cultureProven ability to drive sales and support team developmentPOS, cash control, and inventory management experiencePassion for beauty, wellness, and guest skin careEDUCATION & EXPERIENCEAssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferred3-5 years of management experience in beauty services, spa, salon, or personal care settingsExperience leading teams across service and front desk functionsEsthetics license or familiarity with waxing services a plusWORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDSReliable and flexible schedule; standard schedule Tuesday-Saturday, including availability for evenings and holidays as business needs requireMust be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 poundsWHAT WE OFFER$20.00/ hr baseMonthly performance bonuses tied to team and center goalsGoals are realistic - our teams hit themCommission on personal sales - rewarded for leading from the frontWork-Life BalanceConsistent shift structure - one weekend shift, not bothOUR HIRING PROCESSThree steps.
