This is a highly collaborative position where your ideas, innovation, and technical skill directly impact national security operations.Schedule and Work DetailsLocation: R&ESchedule: 40 hours per week, standard day shiftClearance: Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (must be active)Here's What Your Day-to-Day Might IncludeDesign and develop custom applications that improve mission workflows and deliver meaningful visualization toolsBuild and enhance UI components using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptCreate analytics and visualization features to uncover insights and support decision-makingDevelop Python-based services to support data integration and processingAggregate and integrate data from multiple sources into new and existing toolsCollaborate directly with mission customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and refine solutionsWork with other DAT teams to share expertise, improve systems, and support broader technical effortsParticipate in testing, deployment, and sustainment of new capabilitiesMinimum QualificationsClearance: Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (must be active). We do not have the ability to sponsor clearances.Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen. We cannot sponsor visas.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and twelve (12) years of software engineering experienceOR sixteen (16) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degreeRequired SkillsExperience building web applications with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactHands-on Python development experienceExperience developing on and administering Linux-based systemsProficiency using Git for version control and daily development workflowsExperience with containerization and deployment using Docker or similar toolsStrong collaboration skills and willingness to work directly with customers to solve problemsDesired SkillsExperience with CI/CD workflows and Ansible automationFamiliarity with Elasticsearch, MapReduce, and SQL databasesUnderstanding of RESTful API design principlesKnowledge of SIGINT collection and analysis systemsExperience supporting CNO production systems and operationsCompensation Range: $199,000.00 - $262,000.00 *The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role.
