Project Manager

Overview: As a Project Manager, you will lead complex projects in the energy sector, ensuring all objectives are met efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans that align with client goals and industry standards. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely completion of tasks. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints. Oversee quality control processes, ensuring all project deliverables meet or exceed expectations. Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project disruptions. Qualifications: Master’s degree in engineering or project management. 5 years of experience in project management within the energy industry. Proven experience in managing engineering projects with a focus on mechanical and/or electrical systems. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project and JIRA for project planning, scheduling and management. Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team collaboration. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a high-pressure environment.
