You will work alongside seasoned industry experts, high aptitude recent graduates, and people from every stage in between.We are seeking a highly motivated quality engineer to help continuously drive improvements to 4680 quality by gathering and utilizing data from downstream customers as well as the fleet of 4680 products. This person will track all opportunities to improve quality and drive those improvements to the product and process. They will also work with fleet analytics to build and maintain a model for product warranty and relative failure modes. This person is seasoned in manufacturing quality or reliability engineering for high reliability applications such as Li-ion cells, medical or a similar field with several years’ experience.What You'll DoInterface with downstream customers, pack, vehicle, and the field.
