Sales Representative for Psychiatry Practice

Job Objective:Build relationships with hospitals, therapists and primary care physicians (PCPs) in the west suburbs of Chicago to drive referrals to our psychiatry practice.About Us:Mindwell is a leading provider of comprehensive Mental Health Services in the west suburbs of Chicago. We pride ourselves on our collaborative approach and our ability to create a supportive environment for both our patients and our partners.Key Responsibilities and Requirements:Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with local hospitals, therapists, primary care physicians (PCPs), and other healthcare providers to drive for mutual referrals and referral growth.Referral Management: Identify, target, and engage potential referral sources, and manage the referral process to ensure a seamless experience for patients and referring providers.Manage Digital Presence: Oversee and update current web and social media presence.Community Outreach: Represent the psychiatry practice at local events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and build professional relationships.Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth, including potential referral sources and emerging trends in the mental health field.Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure that referred patients receive timely and appropriate care.Reporting: Track and report on referral activities, outcomes, and market conditions to inform strategic planning and decision-making.*Existing relationships with local practices is a plus.Qualifications:Experience: experience in sales, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare or mental health sectors.Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.Knowledge of the healthcare and mental health industries is a plus.Attributes:Self-motivated and goal-oriented.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Passionate about mental health and committed to improving patient outcomes.Benefits:$25/h + Performance based bonus.Professional development opportunities.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Mindwell is an equal opportunity employer.
