📍 Nashville, TN (Hybrid – 2–3 Days Onsite)Salary -- $75-85k depending on experience GSD Search is partnered with a growing accounting and advisory firm in Nashville that is expanding its team with the addition of two Client Accounting Consultants. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals who enjoy working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and want exposure to a variety of businesses and financial operations.This is not a traditional corporate accounting role. The team is seeking individuals who are adaptable, client-focused, relationship-oriented, and excited to grow alongside a fast-moving advisory practice supporting small and mid-sized businesses throughout Tennessee.ResponsibilitiesSupport multiple client engagements across various industriesAssist with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger activitiesSupport budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial operationsHelp improve accounting processes, systems, and workflowsWork within QuickBooks and related accounting platformsPartner closely with internal leadership and clients to deliver timely and accurate financial information Qualifications3–6 years of accounting experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferredQuickBooks or similar accounting system experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable operating in a client-facing environmentSelf-starter mentality with a team-oriented and low-ego approachPublic accounting, advisory, or small/mid-sized business experience is a plus Additional DetailsHybrid schedule with onsite collaboration in Nashville 2–3 days per weekFlexible, trust-based work environmentStrong long-term growth opportunity within an expanding advisory firmCompetitive compensation plus monthly stipend support The ideal candidate is someone who values flexibility, accountability, relationships, and delivering a high level of service while operating within a highly collaborative team environment.
