Medical Center is seeking a dynamic BC Family Medicine Faculty Physician to join its team- The program emphasizes collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical care services with a strong focus on social medicine- Collaborate with the Program Director to develop residency infrastructure, including curriculum development and resident recruitment.- Provide oversight of outpatient primary care, office procedures, precepting, didactic teaching, and resident mentoring.- Spend approximately 70% of time on teaching and administrative duties, and 30% on clinical care.- Deliver full-spectrum family medicine care, including inpatient medicine and obstetric skills.- Interest in geriatric care is desirable but not required.- Recruitment Package may include: Base salary + wRVU production incentive, CME allowance, Sign-on bonus, Medical debt assistance, Relocation allowance, Health benefits + Retirement plan, Marketing + practice growth assistance
