Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher
Pay: Competitive starting pay of $46,000 a year, with opportunities for raises.
Hours: Full-time
Shifts Available:
Mon - Fri: 8 am-4:30 pm or 9:30 am-6 pm
Wed-Sun: (Wednesday - Friday 8 am-4:30 pm or 9:30 am-6 pm & Saturday 8 am-1 pm or 1 pm-6 pm or work 8 am- 6 pm / Sunday 10 am-6 pm
Location: Kent, Washington
Requirements:
Previous customer service/dispatching experience is required. (at least 2 years)
Home Service experience (HVAC, insulation, plumbing, Electrical)
Phone Sales Experience Requirement
Service Titan HUGE ADVANTAGE
Notion, Google Sheets/Doc/Drive (a plus)
Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Quick thinking and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A strong sense of organization and attention to detail to keep everything running smoothly.
Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems quickly (Mac).
Positive attitude, team player, and a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
Be the friendly voice of Envirosmart Solution INC, assisting customers with inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing their concerns with a smile!
Dispatch our talented technicians to job sites promptly and efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery.
Manage and maintain the scheduling system to optimize our technicians' daily routes and maximize productivity.
Prioritize and handle incoming service calls, emails, and live chats professionally and enthusiastically.
Work closely with our technicians and service teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
Handle administrative tasks related to service orders, including data entry and updating customer records.
Proactively identify opportunities for customer satisfaction improvement and implement creative solutions.
