While the position supports diverse functions, experience hiring for sales or revenue-generating roles is strongly preferred, as you will regularly collaborate with our Business Development leaders and help build high-impact teams that fuel our national growth.Based in Brentwood, TN with a flexible hybrid schedule (2 days onsite), this role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, builds strong partnerships with hiring leaders, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.What You'll DoPartner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and align on recruiting strategiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closingRecruit across a wide range of corporate functions and leadership rolesBuild and maintain proactive talent pipelines through strategic sourcing on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platformsEnsure a positive, professional candidate experience from first contact to final offerCollaborate with HR partners to support seamless onboarding handoffsMaintain accurate and compliant documentation within our ATS (Greenhouse)Identify opportunities to streamline processes and elevate recruiting best practicesWhat You Bring4-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate or healthcare environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field - or equivalent experienceExperience recruiting for sales, business development, or other customer-facing rolesDemonstrated success hiring for a mix of roles across multiple functionsProficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Smart SourcingExperience using applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse is a plus!)Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and guide hiring leadersA strong sense of urgency, ownership, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindsetAbout IVX HealthIVX Health is a national provider of infusion and injection therapy for individuals managing chronic conditions like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Crohn's Disease, and Multiple Sclerosis.
