Process Development Engineer

Role: Process Development Engineer focused on thin film processes and application development using ion beam deposition and etch technologies.Responsibilities: Lead process development, manage advanced thin film processes, design experiments, analyze data, develop and maintain process control methods, engage with customers as a technical expert, support process specifications, and collaborate with Engineering on hardware upgrades.Qualifications: Bachelor's with 5+ years, Master's with 3+ years, or PhD in Physics, Materials Science, or related field. Experience in process development, vacuum thin film technology, and thin film characterization techniques. Metal thin film experience is highly preferred.Skills & Abilities: Self-directed, strong communication, collaborative, adaptable to change, semiconductor process knowledge, and ability to travel up to 25%.Note: No mention of specific employment duration or schedules; focus on technical expertise and key responsibilities.
