EARTHWORK SUPERINTENDENT (Dirt Work)📍 San Antonio, TX + Regional TravelPRC Resources is partnering with a highly respected heavy civil contractor known for tackling large-scale, complex earthwork projects in tough terrain.If you’re someone who likes to run your own job, make decisions in the field, and take ownership from start to finish — this is that kind of role.What You’ll Be Doing:Run A-to-Z earthwork projects (mass grading, ROW, substation pads)Manage crews, equipment, production, and schedules in the fieldTrack yardage, production, and job costsHandle change orders, materials, and budgetsCoordinate with PMs, clients, and subs to keep jobs movingWhat They’re Looking For:5+ years running earthwork / sitework / heavy civil projectsProven ability to operate independently in the fieldStrong understanding of production, sequencing, and cost controlComfortable leading crews and making real-time decisionsBonus: equipment knowledge or prior owner/operator backgroundThe Work:Projects ranging from $7M – $70M+Mass grading (100K+ CY), ROW, utility workChallenging terrain — not cookie-cutter jobs
