SAP Cutover ManagerAs SAP Cutover Manager he/she will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of the cutover plan activities and will manage the execution of pre-cutover, Cutover and Post Cutover activities.Experience in at least one full end to end SAP Cutover involving multiple applications, business process, and vendors.Extensive experience and knowledge of SAP Project Lifecycles and methodologiesDevelop detailed cutover checklists and provide project scheduling input that incorporates technical operational and business tasks.Liaise with the business to ensure cutover activities are depicted in the Cutover Project ScheduleResponsible for managing the successful planning and execution of integrated release cutover activities and associated system outages.Work closely with stakeholders to document the cutover plan for each agency cluster and legacy system application.Act as the point of escalation for all Cut-over issues, proactively bringing about appropriate interventions and escalating to the project director when the Cutover activity execution may be compromised.Responsible for detailed project management of the dress rehearsal and cutover activities to the new system and resolving any discrepancies or process issues related to cutover.In control with communicating with all stakeholders to plan and identify any required resources for cut-over activitiesAssist developing communication plan and the escalation process and provide Cutover Status reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders.Ensures entry into and exit out of cutover stage gates are met including the final Go/No-Go meetingsResponsible for leading the Cut-out activities for pre Go-Live, Go-Live and Post Go-Live while also developing roll back and contingency plans for Cutover.
