Backed by a highly skilled engineering and manufacturing team, TE Wire delivers products manufactured to the highest standards, ensuring consistent quality, reliability, and long-term performance.Join TE Wire and become part of a dynamic organization where experience, innovation, and teamwork come together to shape the future of aerospace.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble minor metal products and components within routine, highly repetitive production processesSet up, operate, and adjust machinery according to specifications and standard operating proceduresMonitor product quality and inspect finished components to ensure compliance with standardsRotate between machines and workstations assignedPerform basic equipment adjustments, routine maintenance, and cleaningMaintain accurate production reports and recordsResponsibilitiesWork at a workbench or conveyor line in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPerform tasks such as checking, sorting, packaging, labeling, pasting, snipping, tying, and trimming materialsOperate manual and machine-assisted tools to complete assembly tasksAlways follow all safety policies and proceduresAssist with miscellaneous duties including moving assemblies or equipment and cleaning work areasWork under close supervision while meeting production and quality expectationsSkills / Experience1–2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)High school diploma or GED requiredBasic math skills, including addition and subtractionAbility to adhere to attendance requirements and work assigned 2nd shift scheduleReliable transportation to and from workAbility to pass a post-offer, company-paid physical, drug screen, and background checkStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsLocationSaddle brook, NJ 07663 (Required)Work Location: In personPay Range $18.00- $21.00 (depending on experience and shift)Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without paying attention to their membership in any protected class.
