Mid-Level Qlik Developer

Role Overview: The Mid-Level Qlik Developer supports enterprise reporting and analytics within a modernization project for defense agencies. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Qlik Sense and QlikView dashboards, reports, and visualizations to enhance operational visibility and decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize Qlik data models, ETL scripts, and data integration processes.Create interactive dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and executive reports.Analyze requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.Integrate data from multiple sources, perform data validation, and ensure data quality.Troubleshoot and resolve application, data, and performance issues.Participate in Agile development activities and document technical designs.Support modernization, testing, deployment, and system sustainment efforts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvements and automation opportunities.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields.3–7 years in business intelligence, data analytics, or application development.3+ years of hands-on Qlik Sense and/or QlikView experience.Proficiency with SQL, data modeling, and ETL development.Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.Experience in Agile environments; U.S. citizenship required.Preferred QualificationsActive Secret Clearance or recent DoD/federal government experience.Experience supporting defense finance, logistics, or modernization projects.Qlik certifications and familiarity with other BI tools.Knowledge of cloud analytics, DevSecOps, and CI/CD practices.
