Job Title: R&D Engineer – Process DevelopmentLocation: Minnetonka, MN 55345 | Onsite: 5 days/weekDuration: 6 Months | Pay Rate: $40./hr W2Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PMRole OverviewSeeking an R&D Engineer with 1–3 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. This role is primarily focused on Process Development supporting catheter delivery systems.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and process development.Assist with equipment design, CAD, and development.Develop manufacturing procedures, SOPs, and technical reports.Support DOE, process characterization, and statistical/data analysis.Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations.Support assembly, UV curing, and mechanical assembly processes.Must-Have SkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering.1–3 years of relevant experience; relevant internships considered.Process Development experience/exposure.Understanding of IQ/OQ/PQ.Strong technical writing and documentation skills.Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Self-driven and proactive.PreferredMechanical or Biomedical Engineering.CAD, Minitab, DOE/statistical analysis.Process characterization and data analysis.Medical device/catheter experience.R&D or Product Development experience.
