Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Billing Manager for a leading specialty healthcare organization in Columbia, South Carolina. This is an onsite opportunity supporting a fast-paced, multi-site medical environment with complex billing operations and a collaborative leadership culture.POSITION OVERVIEW:The Billing Manager will oversee daily billing and revenue cycle operations while driving process improvements and operational efficiencies across the department. This role is responsible for insurance collections, AR performance, reimbursement analysis, reporting, and team leadership in a high-volume healthcare setting.
