As a Change Manager, you will play a crucial role in improving, managing and operating Medicare systems:
Provide materials to facilitate Module Change Control Board (MCCB) meetings
Work closely with the Enterprise Change Control Manager
Ensure all stakeholders have supporting documentation prior to meetings for discussions (MCCB, ECCB, CAB)
Review all Change Requests (CRs) for completeness before CAB and ECCB meetings
Agree to meet documented due dates and notify the Enterprise Change Manager prior to any delays
Monitor and report on all CRs and ECRs for delays, impacts, risks, testability, traceability, and schedule changes and/or updates to the Enterprise CCM
Communicate with impacted Module Contractors on ECRs
Follow up on open CRs to drive them to completion
Ensure requested changes align with the operational goals and objectives defined for the Module
Qualifications
Five (5) years of experience as a Change Manager or Change Coordinator
Expert MS Project skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Expert/Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office products including Office 365, Teams, and SharePoint
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or business administration (Equivalent work experience may be substituted for a degree)
Working knowledge of IT best practices and regulations, the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and ITIL Change Management methodology (ITIL certification preferred but not required)
Prior Medicaid systems experience preferred
