VooDoo Daiquiris Supervisor
The VooDoo Daiquiris Supervisor will manage staff, handle cash, uphold company standards, and drive sales. Key responsibilities include training on daiquiri recipes, machine maintenance, and maintaining a high-energy, fun atmosphere.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOversee the daily preparation and consistency of drink recipesManage daiquiri stock/inventory and ensure frozen machines are filled, clean, and functioningSupervise shifts, organize schedules, and train both new and current staffMaintain attention to detail with cash management, till reconciliation, and reporting salesManage the flow of guests and maintain high standards for cleanliness throughout the barLead and motivate team members while also maintaining accountability to standardsSupport staff during busy service periodsPlan/manage schedules to ensure proper staffing at all timesUphold high standards of drink quality, presentation, and serviceOversee stock control, order supplies, and foster positive vendor relationshipsMonitor financial performance including sales targets and cost controlProfessionally handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfactionEnsure compliance with licensing laws, age verification procedures, and health and safety regulationsSupport staff development through training, coaching, and performance feedbackQUALIFICATIONSAt least 21 years oldMust have a valid state driver's licenseHigh school diploma or GED; a degree in hospitality or business a plusPrior experience as a bartender or leadAt least one year of supervisory experience in a high-energy hospitality environmentProven ability to hire, train, and schedule staffAbility to maintain professionalism responding to complaints/praisesAccomplished mixology skills with extensive knowledge of daiquiri preparation and mixing machinesFamiliarity with POS systems, inventory management software, ability to manage budgets, and drive profitabilityProficiency with Microsoft OfficeStrong leadership skills with the ability to multi-taskAbility to stand for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbsInterested applicants can apply directly at www.visitowa.com/employmentEqual Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
