As a Retail Wireless Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our company, guiding customers through the world of wireless technology. You will listen to their needs, demonstrate cutting-edge products, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their digital lives. Responsibilities Customer engagement: Greet and build rapport with customers to understand their unique wireless needs. Sales and consultation: Educate customers on the features, benefits, and usage of wireless devices, accessories, and service plans. Performance goals: Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis. Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest product innovations, promotions, and industry trends to provide expert recommendations. Store operations: Assist with daily store operations, including inventory control, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor. Relationship building: Follow up with customers via phone or email to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Prior experience in a retail sales or customer-facing role is preferred, but we provide training for motivated candidates. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. A competitive and driven spirit with a passion for technology. Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer functions. Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
