We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) who can also assist with some light office management responsibilities.Position OverviewThe CSR will play a vital role in supporting our personal lines department by servicing existing clients, assisting producers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, has strong organizational skills, and can wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service – Personal LinesRespond to client inquiries by phone and email in a timely and professional mannerProcess policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and certificates of insuranceAssist clients with billing questions, ID card requests, and claims reportingProvide proactive client follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retentionSupport producers and agents with account managementOffice Management TasksReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mailPrepare outgoing correspondence and packagesMake bank deposits and maintain accurate recordsManage office supplies and ensure common areas remain organizedAssist with scheduling and other administrative tasks as neededQualificationsPrior experience in personal lines insurance (agency or carrier) strongly preferredActive Property & Casualty license a plus (or willingness to obtain within the first year)Strong customer service and communication skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems (experience with Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar a plus)What We OfferCompetitive salary commensurate with experience401kOpportunities for professional development and licensing supportCollaborative, team-oriented work environmentThe chance to grow with a locally owned, independent agency that values its employees and clientsCompany DescriptionSince 2012, Haven Insurance Group continues to be one of the fastest growing privately held insurance brokerage firms in Atlanta.
