Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and construct residential and commercial swimming pools according to client specifications and industry standards Prepare sites, including excavation, grading, and setting forms for pool shells Install plumbing, electrical systems, and pool equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety Oversee the installation of pool finishes, decking, and landscaping components Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies Collaborate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion Maintain a clean and organized work site, minimizing disruptions and hazards Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in pool construction or related trades such as masonry, carpentry, or landscaping Strong knowledge of pool systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and safety standards Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Physical stamina and ability to perform demanding manual labor in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Join our team and be part of a company that values craftsmanship, innovation, and professional growth.
