Our proven and flexible solutions support growth and long-term success for businesses of all sizes.Role Overview:The Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports marketing efforts through content creation, campaigns, and event coordination that enhance partner engagement and overall brand presence. In addition, this person supports the coordination and execution of business partner initiatives, serving as an internal point of contact to ensure partners are onboarded, enabled, and supported effectively. This role is responsible for organizing partner-related activities, maintaining alignment across internal teams, and driving consistent follow-through on partner initiatives. This role is execution-focused and expected to operate with strong organization, clear communication, and increasing independence over time. This role does not include responsibility for partner sales, negotiation, or contract ownership.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate partner onboarding from agreement through launch, including tracking progress and managing timelinesEnsure partners are equipped with onboarding materials, training resources, and access to toolsCoordinate partner webinars, including scheduling, content preparation, delivery and follow-upUpdate content on the Yellow Dog website as related to sales or business partnershipsExecute campaigns across partners, clients, and prospects to support pipeline growthSupport trade shows, webinars, and events through content preparation and coordinationCollaborate with the sales team to develop partner features, case studies, and co-marketing materialsCreate and manage enablement content including presentations, one-pagers, email templates, and training materialsMaintain partner-facing collateral, including co-branded materials and onboarding assetsSupport ongoing partner communications and ensure partners have access to current materialsManage marketing and partner-related projects within project management toolsMaintain accurate and current partner records in the CRM, including timely documentation of interactions and updatesMaintain organization and accuracy of all marketing assets within the company’s file structureTrack deadlines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple initiativesEnsure all materials are current, consistent, and easily accessible Performance Expectations:Consistent execution of marketing campaigns and deliverables on timeSmooth and timely onboarding of partners with clear coordinationWell-organized, accurate, and accessible marketing assetsEffective execution of webinars, events, and campaignsStrong communication and follow-through with internal teams and partnersRequirements:Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to take initiative and operate with accountabilityComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentExperience with CRM and project management tools (Zoho preferred)Ability to travel (10-15%)Ideal Experience:Experience in marketing, project coordination, or a related roleExperience supporting campaigns, content creation, or eventsExperience working cross-functionally with sales or operations teamsThis is an in-office position with our HQ office in Norfolk, VA.
