Global Account Manager | PCB Mfg Industry

Our client, is seeking a Global Account Manager (GAM) to support strategic OEM and technology-focused accounts within the advanced Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales and account management professional with deep PCB industry experience and a strong understanding of customer growth, manufacturing capabilities, and technology-driven partnerships.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with strategic customer accounts, driving high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term revenue growth• Support account growth strategy, customer experience initiatives, and coordination of technology roadmaps• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer accounts• Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, and leadership teams to ensure customer expectations and deliverables are met• Communicate customer initiatives, technology requirements, capacity needs, requests, and action items internally while ensuring follow-through and resolution• Participate in customer business reviews, negotiations, operational discussions, and ongoing account support activities• Provide accurate revenue forecasting, pipeline visibility, and account reporting• Identify opportunities for process improvements and strategies to enhance overall sales and account performance• Support customer visits, audits, and travel to manufacturing facilities as required• Work cross-functionally across global facilities to support customer growth and operational alignmentBASIC QUALIFICATIONS• Must have direct PCB industry experience• Strong preference for candidates currently working at a PCB manufacturer / PCB shop• Must reside in the San Jose / Bay Area or be willing to relocate prior to start• Experience supporting OEM, electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, or high-technology accounts strongly preferred• Experience within PCB manufacturing, electronics manufacturing services (EMS), semiconductor, or related high-technology manufacturing environments• Strong understanding of PCB technologies, manufacturing processes, quality expectations, and supply chain coordination• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and support revenue growth initiatives• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills• Ability to interface effectively with both technical teams and executive stakeholders• Experience with forecasting, CRM systems, and strategic account planning preferred• Willingness to travel in support of customer meetings, audits, and factory visitsPREFFERED BACKGROUNDThis position can be hired at either the Junior or Senior level depending on experience and current title alignment.Junior-Level Candidates:• Current Global Account Manager with limited experience• Inside Sales / Account Manager within PCB or electronics manufacturing• Quality Engineer with customer-facing exposure• Process Engineer with account or program support experienceSenior-Level Candidates:• Current Global Account Manager within PCB manufacturing or related electronics manufacturing environmentsCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $150,000–$200,000 annually.
