Welder Foreman-Experienced

We are looking for an experienced Welder Foreman to join our team. This is primarily a field foreman position. The Primary Responsibilities of Welder Forman Role are: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and P&ID Handling of relevant employee discipline and/or coaching needs in a timely manner Perform welding operations on a variety of metals and alloys Inspect welds for accuracy and quality Ensure adherence to all company and customer policies and procedures by crew Help drive crew productivity Provide daily leadership and focus on strong work ethic and positive morale for crew Additional Education & Experience of Welder Forman Requirements: Knowledge in manufacture and repair of stainless steel, food processing equipment and piping Fabrication of other stainless steel structural components Experience in welding of sheet metal, polishing product contact surfaces to 3A standards, fabrication of tanks, vessels, drip pans, and other thin gauge stainless sheet metal Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record Willingness to travel to work sites as required, job locations will vary throughout the Magic Valley and beyond High level of expertise in sanitary welding processes and techniques Full knowledge of fitting and ability to execute with accuracy Detail-oriented, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision This is a great opportunity to join an established company and play a major role in its continued success.
