As a Light Maintenance Laborer Supervisor, you will be an integral part of our team, helping us deliver on our promise of excellence, and serving others by delighting people for all of life's celebrations.Position OverviewAs a Light Maintenance Laborer Supervisor you will work directly with our management and maintenance teams to keep our facilities clean and organized. You will directly supervise the activities of our maintenance team. You will assist in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees. You will plan, assign and direct the work of the maintenance team. In addition, you will schedule the maintenance team, appraise performance, address complaints, and resolve problems.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesSweep and remove large amounts of debris from production departments, coolers, and baysEmpty 96-gal bins and operate a hi-lo to transport large loads of refuseAssist in landscaping grounds by removing weeds, and disposing of leaves and snow when neededStock shelves with inventory itemsAssists other departments with general labor as neededSupervise and direct the activities of maintenance teamSet work schedulesQualified Candidates Will Possess The Followingthrive in a fast-paced and physical environmentable to frequently lift and carry up to 25 poundsable to stand on their feet and walk for 8 hours a dayread and speak Englishstrong communication skills and organizational skillsable to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekendsBenefitsBenefits include a competitive hourly wage.
