You will have 48 hours from the closing date of this announcement to complete the assessment.QualificationsTo qualify for the position of Supervisor Facilities and Realty Management, at GS-1101-14, you must meet the qualification requirements listed below.TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS - 13 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-14 level. (Please submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. If your eligibility for both merit promotion and/or time-in-grade cannot be determined, your application will be rated ineligible. Please see Required Documents for additional information). Time-in-grade requirements also apply to VEOA applicants having held a GS position in the past year.For The Gs-14 LevelSpecialized Experience : Applicants must have at least one or more full-time years (12-months) of specialized work experience, equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service, performing the following duties:Managing agency's personal property and accountable property programs and working closely with other agency personnel to provide functional logistics services; and Interpreting policies, regulations, and guidance and implementing changes related to real and personal property issued by GSA to ensure compliance with reporting requirements; and Developing and maintaining an inventory management system for tracking agency accountable property; and Managing logistics related services to include transportation, warehouse, mail, and labor. 5. Developing policies and procedures that facilitate the delivery of services to customers;AND/ORManaging a facility management program to include financial planning, project prioritization, project execution, and a customer service desk; andDeveloping policies and procedures that facilitate the delivery of services to customers; andPerforming analyses, developing reports, and providing authoritative advice to senior leadership of findings related to facility management topics; andAssessing the needs, expectations, and satisfaction of customers; andMonitoring real property management and operations.
