Experience with data modeling and dataset creation for BI solutions. Experience in the financial services industry, specifically with BI initiatives. Experience with BI solution architecture and organizational reporting enablement. Experience in conducting peer reviews and ensuring data quality. Strong communication and training skills for BI user empowerment. Responsibilities:Lead and mature the organization's Business Intelligence function. Establish and scale Power BI reporting across the enterprise. Implement and enforce enterprise-grade reporting standards and best practices. Develop reusable BI assets, including templates, datasets, and documentation. Conduct peer reviews to ensure reporting consistency and reliability. Provide training and support to empower business users in leveraging BI effectively. Translate business needs into actionable BI insights and solutions.
