ServiceNow Developer
Overview:
In this role you design, develop, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions to enable ITSM, workflow automation, and platform modernization. You will partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions that drive operational and strategic outcomes. You'll tackle incidents, integrations, data quality, and agile delivery within a mission-driven setting. This is an opportunity to influence IT service management and portfolio management at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Design and support ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Knowledge)
- Configure and enhance SPM solutions for demand, project, portfolio, and resource management
- Develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, catalogs, portals, workspaces, and UIsBuild with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations and support data synchronization
- Support CMDB/CSDM initiatives, service modeling, and data quality improvements
- Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, testing, deployments, upgrades, and application support
- Create reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics for decision-making
- Collaborate within Agile teams, participate in sprint planning, technical design, testing, and releases
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent professional experience 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
- Strong experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide APIsHands-on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Service Catalog
- Experience developing and supporting REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub solutions
- Proven experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITSMStrong troubleshooting and debugging skills across applications, workflows, integrations, and platform data
- Experience moving solutions through development, testing, and production environments
