Program Manager – Electrical Power DistributionLocation: Columbus, OHSalary: $150,000 – $175,000 + Comprehensive BenefitsWe're partnering with a leading manufacturer of electrical power distribution solutions to recruit an experienced Program Manager to lead complex engineered-to-order projects from order intake through to final delivery.This is a customer-facing role where you'll take ownership of high-value programmes, working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.The RoleManage the full project lifecycle from order entry through shipment.Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the programme.Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Production, Quality and Sales.Drive project schedules, budgets and margin improvement initiatives.Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors to meet delivery milestones.Oversee project documentation, technical submittals, inspections and customer witness testing.Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and coordinate final delivery activities.Travel to customer and supplier sites as required (travel can exceed 50% during peak periods).What We're Looking For10+ years' experience in programme or project management within an electrical manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution equipment.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related technical discipline.Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office.Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.Desirable ExperiencePMP certification or formal project management training.Experience within an engineered-to-order manufacturing environment.Knowledge of UL, NEC and other relevant industry standards.Experience coordinating Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), commissioning or field testing.MBA or Master's degree in Engineering or Business.This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer delivering critical electrical infrastructure projects, offering a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package and the chance to lead high-impact programmes from concept through delivery.
