Production Crew Member - Precast

Assist in the assembly line process by following detailed instructions to produce precast concrete components Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to perform tasks such as cutting, shaping, and finishing precast elements Support the setup and breakdown of molds, forms, and reinforcement materials for casting precast products Maintain cleanliness and organization within the manufacturing facility to ensure a safe working environment Conduct quality checks on finished products to meet specifications and standards Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while adhering to safety protocols Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge or hands-on experience with assembly lines, hand tools, and power tools Strong understanding of manufacturing processes related to precast concrete or similar materials Ability to stand, lift heavy objects, and work safely in a fast-paced environment for extended periods Warehouse experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible impact!
