Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams Keep your truck clean inside and out Keep your truck inventory up to date Maintain a clean and professional appearance Valid Driver's license and clean driving record Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures. Properly complete paperwork Work with crane operators to help properly stage and position equipment. Works under minimum supervision to install HVAC equipment in customer's home or business location EPA Universal Certification Proven proficiency with AC, mini-split, and heat pump installation skills is a must. Knowledge of proper electrical and HVAC safety Required to train and provide guidance to install Apprentices and HVAC Install Helpers through the HVAC installation process Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities Document service and installation by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and records.
