Role : GitHub Copilot LeadLocation: North Quincy, MAFTE ONLYJob DescriptionMust Have Technical/Functional Skills• 8+ years in technical leadership roles• GitHub Copilot adoption and custom agent implementation experience• GitHub Copilot - Enterprise wide rollout experience• Deep experience with Java, .NET, C/C++ environments• Strong consultative and communication skills• Project management expertiseRoles & ResponsibilitiesStrategic leader responsible for driving GitHub Copilot adoption across the organizations technology landscape, with focus on legacy systems (60-70% Java, .NET, C/C++, scripting) and COTS integration.Key Responsibilities• Assessment & Strategy: Conduct ground-level requirements analysis with development teams to identify Copilot adoption opportunities• Quarterly Implementation: Lead end-to-end Copilot feature deployment and custom agent creation within quarterly milestones• Legacy System Focus: Develop adoption strategies specifically for Java, .NET, C/C++, and scripting environments, build in legacy frameworks• Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with technical teams, architects, and management to drive change management• Agent Development Oversight: Define requirements and oversee creation of custom Copilot agents for COTS and legacy systems• Success Metrics: Establish KPIs and measure adoption success across diverse technology stacks
