This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your analytical skills and supply chain expertise will make a measurable impact.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for on-site warehouse operations coordination on the U.S. West Coast, primarily liaising with customs brokers, warehouses, and front-end business teams. Oversee key processes including inbound receiving, outbound shipments, inspections, and exception handling to ensure smooth operational flow.Coordinate with customs brokers to facilitate documentation review, track customs clearance progress, and manage exception reporting.Work closely with warehouses to ensure proper receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, on-site issue resolution, and billing reconciliation.Collaborate with front-end business teams to provide timely updates on inventory status, shipments, and exceptions, improving overall fulfillment efficiency.ExperiencePrior experience in warehousing, cross-border trade, or supply chain operations. Familiar with overseas warehouse operations, customs clearance coordination, and order fulfillment processes.Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with strong bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese. Able to effectively coordinate with local warehouses, customs brokers, and domestic teams. Strong communication and coordination skills, hands-on problem-solving ability, and a high sense of responsibility.
