By prioritizing employee growth and development, we empower everyone to reach their full potential on their own terms, because the best work happens when you are free to be yourself and share your unique expertise.Bombardier's Benefits ProgramWith our employees' well-being top of mind, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, which includes the following:Insurance plans (Dental, medical, life insurance, disability, and more)Competitive base salaryRetirement savings planEmployee Assistance ProgramTele Health ProgramWhat are your contributions to the team?Adhere to Bombardier General Work RequirementsProvide capacity planning/scheduling functions for the repair station, for example, staffing forecasts and hanger plansInterface with management in support of the RFP processCoordinate department activities for the proper integration of their functions with data processing, planning, and production control activitiesProvide guidance and monitoring of progress on major systems projectsOversee, develop and/or coordinate readiness plans for new customers as required by assigned site(s)Schedules aircraft operators into the service center for maintenance, modifications, and service bulletin/letter compliance (Includes airframe, avionics, engines, interior and paint).Coordinate outside services with vendors to ensure downtime quoted will allow all requested work to be accomplishedKeeps current knowledge of the quality inspection requirements that could affect a work scope maintenance event or the ability of the service center to work on a scheduled aircraftWork with Sales and Operations team to not overload or underutilize resources or hangar capacityMaintain and communicate S&OP data for the BAS networkMust ensure daily effective communication with General Manager, Operations manager and Project ManagersStay up to date in work aircraft to ensure any schedule changes are considered when scheduling other aircraftReview proposal to ensure all required quality gates are metHow to thrive in this role?You have 3 -5 years related experience in an aircraft service facilityYou have a Bachelors degree in Business or Aviation Management or equivalent experienceYou possess computer skills necessary to learn and/or operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, email, and web-based applicationsYou have working knowledge of FAA and Federal Aviation RequirementsYou have project management trainingYou have working knowledge of process improvement methodology and application (e.g., Six Sigma)You have working knowledge of customer's needs from a service centerYou have working knowledge of airline operations and flight schedule issuesYou possess thorough knowledge of planning and scheduling systemsYou possess thorough knowledge of aircraft maintenance programsYou possess through knowledge of data security systems as required by assigned siteYou have business writing skills necessary to create various reports and correspondenceYou have solid verbal and written communication skillsYou have computer skills necessary to learn and/or operate work processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation, email, and web-based applicationsYou have planning and organizational skills necessary to prioritize, assign, and coordinate workload of assigned area and employees within a multiple project settingInterpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, management, and contractorsNow that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier Team!Bombardier is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
