Senior SQL BI Developer Houston TX- Hybrid Role 12 Months Job Description:We are looking for a SQL Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to create and manage BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge.SQL BI Developer responsible for:Designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence solutionsCrafting and executing queries upon request for dataPresenting information through reports and visualizationTranslate business needs to technical specificationsDesign, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g. reporting tools)Create tools to store data (e.g. OLAP cubes)Conduct unit testing and troubleshootingEvaluate and improve existing BI systemsCollaborate with teams to integrate systemsDevelop and execute database queries and conduct analysesCreate visualizations and reports for requested projectsDevelop and update technical documentation Requirements9 years of Proven experience with very strong SSIS and complex SQL query development.Looking for Data Warehouse development experience in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data miningSSAS, SSIS and SSRS / deploying Power BIIn-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) frameworkExpertise with Microsoft Power BIIn-depth background in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SSASExperience with PySpark for data transformation and pipeline development.Experience with Azure Data Services, including Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse,Microsoft Fabric and DataBricks.
