Looking for a construction laborer

Looking to hire a construction laborer who is high motored and wants to learn. Must be self motivated, follow directions, and can work alone or with others. Must be willing to travel up to 40 miles from Salem for some projects. Please email back with any questions and desired pay. Additional construction skills/experience are a plus.
