You'll spearhead multifamily projects from start to finish, working closely with our Managing Partner in Indianapolis. This role isn't just about overseeing—it's about shaping the skyline and communities.Responsibilities:Leadership Excellence: Inspire and guide the Development Team towards exceptional performance.Timeline and Cost Management: Develop meticulous schedules and precise cost estimates for all due diligence items.Contract Negotiation: Secure proposals that align with Residential's strategic goals and lending requirements.Strategic Planning: Coordinate site plan design and manage all entitlement efforts.Legal Acumen: Assist legal counsel in resolving complex title and survey issues.Collaborative Oversight: Coordinate with architects and engineers from initial concepts through construction.Public Representation: Represent Thompson Thrift at public hearings and community meetings.Regulatory Navigation: Secure all necessary permits and approvals with efficiency and compliance.Financial Leadership: Lead construction loan closings and secure Investment Committee approvals.Organizational Excellence: Maintain rigorous project files and ensure comprehensive compliance.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Architecture.Experience: 10+ years in progressive leadership roles within real estate development or related fields.Skills: Superior management, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.Technology Proficiency: Expertise in MS Office and project management tools.Communication: Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills.If you're ready to elevate your career and make a tangible impact, apply now and be part of our dynamic team shaping the future of multifamily housing!
