We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the effective implementation and management of our environmental programs.
Position Overview: As our Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies. You will collaborate with our team to create compelling content and visually engaging designs that resonate with our audience and support our mission. Key Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Management: Develop, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns with a focus on environmental advocacy. This includes writing persuasive copy, designing eye-catching graphics, and ensuring high engagement through data analysis.
Campaign Strategy: Contribute creative ideas and strategies for our campaigns that align with our mission to promote sustainability and environmental awareness.
Performance Analysis: Track and report on email campaign performance, utilizing insights to make data-driven improvements and optimize results.
Social Media Management: Oversee and manage multiple social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
Content Creation: Develop and curate fun, original, and engaging content that aligns with our clients' brand voices and goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with our design and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in managing and creating marketing campaigns, preferably in the nonprofit or environmental sector.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Skills:
Proficiency in Copywriting: Ability to create compelling, persuasive content that inspires action and supports our environmental goals.
Email Marketing Platforms: Experience with email marketing tools and platforms.
Scheduling: Proficiency in scheduling posts and managing content calendars.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks efficiently.
Innovative Thinking: Capacity to generate creative campaign ideas that effectively communicate our mission and engage our audience.
Performance Analytics: Familiarity with analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
