Ready to shape the future of resilient communities?
We are seeking an IT Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of all technology integration activities for mergers and acquisitions. This role operates as the central program leader across due diligence, integration planning, execution, and post-close stabilization, ensuring seamless onboarding of acquired entities into the Verdantas environment.
At Verdantas, we don't just build infrastructure, we build careers. Named the #1 firm to work for in 2025 by Zweig Group, you'll be part of a team that values your impact, supports your growth, and celebrates your success every step of the way.
What You'll Do:
Own and drive the full lifecycle of M&A IT integration projects from due diligence through post-close execution
Translate acquisition timelines into structured integration roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables
Act as the primary integration lead and point of contact for acquired (legacy) organizations
Coordinate across multiple workstream teams (infrastructure, applications, security, data, etc.) of implementation specialists responsible for installing and deploying technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions
Manage a portfolio of concurrent M&A integrations, often with overlapping timelines and dependencies, and ensure they are completed on time, within scope, within budget, and meet expectations
Monitor program progress and performance, proactively identify and mitigate integration risks and execution gaps
Troubleshoot and recommend solutions to escalated client issues or challenges that occur during or after integrations
Facilitate intake, due diligence inputs, and requirements gathering with incoming organizations as needed
Drive go-live readiness and cutover coordination, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Serve as the primary liaison between Verdantas and acquired firms during integration
Partner with DPMO leadership to define and mature the end-to-end M&A integration operating model
Develop and standardize integration playbooks, intake forms, and due diligence templates, communication templates, and workflow automation (ServiceNow / SPM alignment)
Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure alignment and integration of project activities
Communicate program status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards
Facilitate program meetings and workshops to drive collaboration and decision-making
Conduct program evaluations and post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
Operate as program lead over supporting project managers and extended teams
Delegate execution-level tasks while maintaining overall program accountability
Oversee and support onboarding and mentoring of project managers and offshore (VISTA) integration resources
