You will be embedded in active construction environments and expected to produce content that reflects the precision, pace, and quality of Chapter’s work.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & ExecutionCapture photo and video content across active construction sites (before, during, after)Edit and produce high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and website useMaintain consistent visual standards aligned with Chapter’s brand identityTranslate real-world progress into clear, compelling storytellingField Work & Site CoordinationVisit minimum 3 active job sites per weekCoordinate with Project Managers and Designers to identify content opportunitiesCapture real-time milestones, challenges, and transformationsContent Strategy SupportAssist in planning and executing content calendarsContribute ideas for campaigns, series, and recurring formatsAlign content with business priorities (projects, hiring, brand positioning)Performance & OptimizationTrack content performance and engagement metricsExtract insights and recommend improvementsStay current on platform trends, formats, and algorithm shiftsCreative CoordinationWork with external photographers/videographers when neededEnsure consistency across all produced contentWhat We’re Looking ForCore RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fieldStrong working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedInProven ability to shoot and edit video contentProficiency in tools such as:CapCutAdobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut ProCanva or Adobe Creative SuiteSkill ProfileStrong visual eye (composition, lighting, pacing)Clear sense of taste and brand alignment (this matters here)Organized and able to manage multiple moving partsComfortable operating in fast-paced, unstructured environmentsProactive—does not wait to be told what to captureAdditional PreferencesInterest in architecture, design, real estate, or constructionComfortable being on construction sites regularlyAbility to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teamsWhat Makes This Role DifferentDirect exposure to live, high-value projects (not staged content)Real responsibility—your content reflects the company externallyAccess to leadership and operational insightOpportunity to build a portfolio in luxury design + constructionClear path to full-time based on output and ownership
