Administrative Assistant I | HR Records & Administrative SupportWe're looking for an Administrative Assistant I to support a large-scale HR personnel file cleanup and organization project in Meriden, CT. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, administrative experience, and the ability to handle confidential information in a professional office environment.Work Model: Day Shift - AM (07:00 AM - 03:30 PM)What You'll Do: Review and organize employee personnel filesSeparate active and terminated employee recordsOrganize benefits and medical documentation into appropriate sections and filesFile large volumes of loose paper documentation accurately and efficientlyMaintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee informationSupport general administrative and clerical tasks related to HR records managementWhat You Bring: Previous administrative experience preferredExperience with filing and document organization preferredAbility to handle confidential information professionallyBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectivelyTop candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced administrative environment with sensitive HR documentation.Pay Details: $18.00 per hourSearch managed by: Prashansha SinghBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
