This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of cases from intake through settlement. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities-Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution,-Maintain frequent and professional communication with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys-Collect, review, and organize medical records, bills, and other supporting documents-Track treatment progress and ensure clients receive proper medical care-Coordinate with attorneys on case strategy, updates, and next steps-Provide compassionate, professional support to clients throughout the processQualifications-3+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager (law firm experience strongly preferred)-Strong understanding of personal injury law, medical terminology, and insurance processes-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite-Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask-Team-oriented with a client-first mindsetCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $70,000 – $90,000 (negotiable based on experience)Health Insurance (medical, dental, vision)Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidaysCompetitive Bonus Structure based on case outcomes and productivity
