Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with our company values. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in our applicant tracking system. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers. Assist in developing and implementing creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
