With your keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing inventory processes and supporting various departments to achieve operational excellence.Job Duties:Verify and document parts deliveries accuratelyMaintain meticulous inventory recordsCoordinate effectively with vendors and suppliersEnsure strict adherence to company policies and safety regulationsProactively monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortagesAssist in scheduling and coordinating maintenance tasksPerform any additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managementJob Qualifications & Requirements:At least 1 year of experience in parts/inventory managementAt least 1 year of administrative experienceDetail-oriented with strong multitasking skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelAble to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer servicePhysical Requirements: Must be able to pass post offer drug test, physical and lift testsWho We Are:Velocity Truck Rental and Leasing is a rapidly growing, employee and customer focused company, servicing the Commercial Truck Rental and Full-Service Lease markets across the U.S. Southwest and Southeast regions and in Canada.
