Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Emergent Learning Academy is looking for a dynamic professional interested in delivering ABA services to students with autism and working with students exhibiting behaviors within the public school systems in the metro-east area of St Louis. The successful applicant will be assisting behavior analysts to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans. Employees will also help the students with day-to-day activities, record and collect data on progress, assist in the preparation of client materials, and communicate regularly. All staff will be supervised by experienced BCBAs and Ph.D.-level leadership. Applicants must have excellent written, verbal, and time management skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain relationships with students, supervisors, peers, and school staff. Job Type: Full-time, school hours during the school year with possible additional summer hours. Advancement opportunities also available. Starting hourly pay 22.00 per hour.
