Assistant Superintendent – Multifamily (Podium)Location: Denver, CO (Downtown) Project: 125-Unit Ground-Up Podium Multifamily Company: General Contractor Compensation: Up to $115,000 Base + Bonus + BenefitsOverviewWe are looking for a driven Assistant Superintendent to support field operations on a 125-unit, ground-up podium multifamily project in downtown Denver. This is a key role working directly alongside the Lead Superintendent to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to high quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Superintendent with day-to-day site operationsCoordinate and manage subcontractors and trades on siteHelp maintain and track the project schedule and 3-week lookaheadsEnforce site safety standards and complianceSupport quality control and ensure work aligns with plans/specsConduct daily site walks and progress trackingAssist with inspections, punch lists, and closeoutMaintain daily logs, reports, and documentationHelp manage site logistics in a tight urban environmentQualifications2–6+ years of experience in construction (Assistant Super, Field Engineer, or similar)Multifamily or commercial construction experience preferredStrong understanding of construction sequencing and field coordinationAbility to read plans and specificationsFamiliarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar softwareStrong communication and organizational skillsEagerness to grow into a Lead Superintendent roleCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: Up to $115,000Bonus: Project-based performance bonusBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k)Clear progression path to Superintendent
