Labor & Employment - Of Counsel

This position is for an Of Counsel attorney for the firm's Denver office. Duties and Responsibilities:Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency chargesAdvise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issuesRepresent employers in court and arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediations in employment matters, including class/collective actions and discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour, contract, employment tort, and non-compete casesClass Action experience preferred but not requiredSkills and Educational Requirements:JD from accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials10+ years of experience in employment litigation with significant experience managing and running litigation cases in a first-chair capacityCurrent CO Bar admission in good standingSupervisory experience over associate and paralegal work (delegating assignments and providing feedback)In-depth understanding of current agency (state and federal) proceduresExcellent written and oral communication skillsAttention to detail and commitment to excellenceAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational, time management, and project management skillsCommitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamworkFor Colorado, the expected salary range for this position is between $217,500 and $232,500. This position is also eligible for annual bonuses.
