Software Engineer - Full Stack
About The Role:
The role owns full-stack development across user-facing products - from React frontends and REST/GraphQL APIs to the TypeScript and Python services behind them. You will work in a small, senior product team where engineers ship end-to-end, own features from design review through production monitoring, and iterate weekly based on real user data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and ship customer-facing features across the stack using React, TypeScript, and Node.js/Python services
- Develop and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs backed by PostgreSQL, with attention to performance, security, and schema design
- Own features end-to-end: technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch iteration
- Write well-tested, documented code; lead code reviews and mentor mid-level engineers on the team
- Instrument and monitor services using tools like Datadog or Grafana, investigating and resolving production issues
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- What We Are Looking For3–7 years of full-stack software engineering experience shipping production web applications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular)
- Solid backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Go, including API design and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Track record of owning complex features from concept to production in a collaborative team environment
Bonus:
Experience with mobile development (React Native or native iOS/Android), GraphQL, or event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS)
