Outbound Logistics Specialist

Job SummaryAcer America Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Logistics Coordinator! The Outbound Logistics Coordinator is responsible for accurate and timely coordination of outbound shipments, systematic receiving, final destination transfers while balancing internal operations schedules and oversees the domestic ecommerce business with warehouse operations and carrier billing/management.Job ResponsibilityCoordinate all outbound shipments of goods from overseas to hubs/ end users, including all documentation, system updates and internal and external communicationReconcile outbound shipments to POS, shipping company dataFacilitate carrier operations and delivery appointmentsMaintain shipment histories and document filesOversee supplier compliance (pre-notice of shipments, on-time delivery, proper packaging and labeling)Administrative oversight of LTL/FTL shipmentsWork with suppliers to resolve overage/shortage & damage issues and file freight claimsUpdate management on outbound freight metrics and on KPIManage daily ecommerce operations for on time shippingReviewing and approving shipping charges with parcel carrierTroubleshoot mishaps or shortages from warehouseDaily reports with different channelsRequirements3+ years of experience in domestic and/or international outbound (export) logistics.Experience in manufacturing or high-tech industries strongly preferred.Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Familiarity with LTL (Less-than-truckload), FTL (Full-truckload), and parcel shipping.Ability to analyze data to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.Strong record keeping skillsAcer is an EEO employer that considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, national origin, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, disability, veteran status or preferred orientation.
