Demand Generation ManagerRemote, USASalary Range: $115k - $120kJob DescriptionDo you have experience in developing, executing, measuring and optimizing email marketing and digital campaigns? Are you well versed in conversion rate optimization, content syndication and SEM? Can you be a strong collaborator while working in a cross functional team?In this work-from-home role, you will create, plan and execute integrated omni-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness and acquisition in net new accounts with the goal of rapidly building leads, pipeline and revenue. The position is both strategic and execution-focused, requiring the skills necessary to build the long-term vision for multi-touch customer journeys as well as the day-to-day operations of running multiple campaigns with a keen eye towards performance KPIs.Must-HavesYou're a fit for this role if you are passionate about accelerating revenue, comfortable rolling up your sleeves, and have a strong bias to data-driven action. In addition, you should also possess:Five+ years' experience in B2B demand generation, account-based marketing, or campaign managementExpertise in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, conversion rate optimization, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, paid digital, webinars, direct mail, etcDemonstrated experience planning, executing, and measuring effective lead nurture programs.Experience with a digital marketing toolset, including Marketo, Salesforce and ABM platforms such as 6Sense, Demandbase or TerminusNice-To-HavesAn analytical and data-driven mindset - comfortable using analytics to measure every aspect of the conversion funnel, identify opportunities, and report out on performanceCommand of marketing strategy fundamentals including buyer personas, buying journey, competitive positioning, funnel stages, buying groups, 1:1, 1:few and 1:many ABM, etc.
